Newegg.ca - FTID / Paypal refund - QUESTION

I'm planning to refund a RTX 3090 ti from newegg and do a FTIDv3 on them.

1. Do they provide the label?
2. Will it work even if I don't use paypal as a precaution? (Even if I will just want to know from your experiences)
3. Have any of you tried refunding newegg using this method or any other method?
4, Any tips?

Tips:
Don't do that on newegg CA cause you'll most probably get a police officer at your door.
P.S: Based on my personal experience while using drops and forwarders - 100% of successful refunds ended with cop issues.
