Title as suggested.
Obviously because is just a guide as to what I mean but new categories can be added, users handling each category and having to submit by a certain time. Back-up writers etc etc...

I think it's fairly obviously what it would contain but suggestions welcome.
Any forum I have previously been on or known about has something similar to this and actually gets users to interact with it and start to post good achievements or aim high so they can be featured in it weekly - if that's something that would be included of course.

Role change on Cracked.to
This week has seen some drastic changes made to the Cracked.to forum, the first with floraiN handing over ownership of the forum to the new owner @Bateman. With Bateman running the forum, we're excited to see the changes he has planned in future. You can find the official thread containing the information posted by @Bateman himself here.

New and upcoming updates (Summer Edition)
@Bateman is off to a great start as new owner with his recent announcement which can be found here. The thread contains multiple new additions to make life on Cracked a little bit easier for the average user. Some of the most notable fixes and additions include

• E-Mail Forwarder has been fixed and is functional again
  
• Search Function now also works with less than 3 character searches
  

Additions

• Automatic Refreshing for: New Alerts, New PMs and Reports
  
• Features overview page with all rank requirements
  
• A fully rewritten trustscan with new features and details (a few bugs still need to be fixed)
  
• New Vouches can also contain a price now (it will be also displayed on the vouch view page)

UK now with highest death rate in the world (COVID-19)
The UK has recorded the highest coronavirus death rate in the world, according to new analysis, which indicated that Boris Johnson's decision to lock down the country at a relatively late stage of the pandemic may have significantly influenced the number of Covid-19 deaths in the UK.
The UK has registered 59,537 more deaths than usual since mid-March, which represents a death rate of 891 people per million. Analysis by the Financial Times found that the figures mean the UK has a higher rate of death at this time of year for any country for which reliable data is available.

Empty offices and restaurants in the city of Sydney are driving hungry rats into homes and suburbs, and the loosening of restrictions could create “a new rat plague”, according to a leading rat-catcher.

As city centres have closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, suburban rat infestations have spiked, according to Geoff Milton, a Sydney rat-catcher with 35 years’ experience.
Rats naturally seek out houses during winter, and the sudden drop-off in food and rubbish in our cities is exacerbating the problem. Calls about suburban rats have risen 30% compared with the same time last year, Milton told Guardian Australia.
