Safe item limit ~ 1-5 items
Safe Price limit ~ $500 or less
^These are just my safe limits if you want to attempt more you can try
1. Contact Nike through live chat 1-3 days after receiving your order.
2. Once you've connected to an assistant tell them that you're looking to track order #************ and that you haven't received your order.
I usually say "Hey I'm looking to track down order #************ because I see that it was delivered but I haven't received anything"
3. After telling them that they may ask you to confirm shipping address and ask if you've asked around to see if any neighbors have it so just tell them no
4. They will open case immediately and ask you if you want the refund then you should receive an email saying that you will be refunded.
