I got a feeling he is ignoring me, I did get the key from someone else. All i really want is my money back or just the key, not sure why its so hard, i just bought a key from someone else and right after payment i got the key in my email.

As mentioned in my latest email, you will soon receive a full refund.

you need to make your terms more clearly because it says it can take up to 48 hours, i though that the email with the download link was it because it does not say nothing about it may take up to 48 hours for the KEY to be delivered. Should make things more clear for users.
