hey, so I think we should have notification option and be able to choose to which section to get notified from. 

can be either google notification or just in forum one. 

it can be used to get notified for new releases in Exclusive Releases or Upgraded Tools

let me know if you think it's a good idea.

as far as I know you can only "follow" a specific tread to get notify for comments etc/
