Additional Information: The refunder Novatastic (https://t.me/TheOGNova) scammed for a $510 upfront payment for a Lenovo SE service which he never completed. I spent over 2 months constantly asking him for updates (on a job that was supposed to take under a week to complete) and after countless empty promises I gave up and started asking for my money back. After the failed SE he promised me the refund but keeps delaying it. In the end he asked me to give him until the 2nd of October to refund me, but we're the 6th now and he never sent me the money back. I have countless screenshots from the conversations and a long email thread showing him going in circles and ignoring me for weeks in the past 3 months, but this screenshot should sum up his incompetence.
