One TMod/Staff should also be recruited from Eastern Part of the Globe

Even after recent recruitments, there is a deficiency of members in the team because of demotions. The spreading of Malwares and other unneeded stuff are on the rise and I believe the team should be expanded again.
The one thing I would like to point out is that if it does open, it would be appropriate to include at least one member from the East. There are many users from Asia and Southeast Asia who could handle the work well. It could be anyone from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Turkey and others. During 0200 hours GMT to 0700 hours GMT, the staff panel mainly remains empty and could use someone then and members from the mentioned region are active in the forum during those hours.

P.S: It's just  a suggestion which can be thought and reflected upon by the management. I am not promoting any country or individual for the task. It's an observation.

Asia time zone ( morning to evening ) there is no staff or 1 at the most
This is a burden to the current staff, the get bunch of reports when they login in the morning of their time zone cause there was no one to take care during the Asian timezone( usually 8 Am to 3 PM)

You all have good point, but Staff is more looking into competent people rather than where they lives :/ 
And also if i take my french time c.to become kinda dead around 11pm/1am and some mods are up aroud 8am the morning , and i think they can deal with reported posts occured the night before.

@Ping is the only staff online whenever I wake up and check on the forums ((Pakistan Time Zone Based)) at 8 in the morning. so I do believe that recruiting professional and high HQ homies is a yes yes :))
