Additional Information: Its barely been 24 hours and normally I would understand and wait, but I see many users stating they have not gotten their items, santa has not been on since may 23rd, the links on the purchase site for support are dead, the links on the main site for support are dead. Users in the support chat are reporting most of the logs are dead. There is many reports against santa on cracked saying the only way to get your shit is to make one of these threads. I honestly dont understand why he is still allowed here but thats not my job, I just want my shit.

I would like to note, santa has contacted me and I provided my purchase ID. User claims they were away due to 'irl buisness issues'. They then claimed they missed my message because 'they get a lot of messages every day' (despite not being online) and when asked about the support links that are dead, they said they know. Its been like that for months. "Telegram been known as the only way to contact support + ofc support on SellPass" (Despite the only mention of this being on the forum thread, not the 2 places where you buy shit). I also told him he should have mentioned he was gunna be away for a while... no response to that.

Do note I never said I got the item yet... cuz I havent. how fun is this huh?

I just messaged the customer and will resolve the issue as soon as possible. I apologize for the delay; it was entirely my fault, not the customer's. Made an announcement to clarify the situation, so all customers are aware of what happened and why there were no replies in the past few days

TL;DR: Most customers have already received their responses and had their issues fixed. The client who opened this scam report against me should have their issue resolved within a day, typically just a few minutes if we are both online at the same time

Product was provided, while it was not as expected (the website made it sound like custom tools, not 100 dollars for cracked tools.), a refund was provided. So I would say this is dealt with and closed.
