Is this easy to deobfuscate?

Short answer: No

Long answer: The obfuscator considers Namespace, MonoBehaviour, NetworkBehaviour and ScriptableObject files. With all these files obfuscated it would prove difficult for a common user to reverse the game. There is documentation here which highlights how the files appear when obfuscated. You'd have to really know your **** to decompile it, most often unity games are targeted via their CSharp.dll that comes packaged with the game, and all of the methods contained within it are not obfuscated - making it easy to reverse, using this tool makes the process much more difficult.
