The Columbine basement tapes are a series of videos of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, they were originally published for the public to view however the family of the victims threatened to sue Jefferson County this is likely due to the fact they were not given access to the recordings before the public was. The tapes are now either destroyed or locked up somewhere.
