LucentHost is an easy to use and lightweight file upload service. We accept your files, photos and documents, and return a shareable link for you to send to others. Not that you have friends though.

What is the size limit for uploading?
The maximum size limit for uploading is 25MB, reason being is that LucentHost is optimised for images. But hey, who's to say we won't increase it? ;)


Will you keep my files forever?
I doubt it. I'll purge every few months in order to save space. I may check through larger files to see if there's any mnemonic Bitcoin passwords or Domino's pizza vouchers, but your files won't be unfairly distributed whatsoever. Planned purges will have a warning shown a week in advance on the homepage.

You are missing missing quite a lot, which is like restrictions/tos... I mean what if someone uploads "child porn" ?

What is the size of or amount of limit if there is any, for anyone to upload images per day...

For how long your domains have been alive without suspension...


Overall, make it more clear for anyone that visits your service, I mean it isn't bad but you just haven't thought of like, how to market it...
Anyway, I will edit my post once you've amended some changes :)

Can't argue with that - thanks, I genuinely appreciate the feedback. When I originally posted this I didn't really take much time to put this together, so it's slowing building up.
As soon as I post this reply I'll have published a ToS page on the site. That's the one thing I was going to do when making this public but completely forgot about it.

The maximum size is on the front page. Turns out you can only see the size limit once you've logged in, my bad. I've added that to the FAQs.

Domain suspension shouldn't be a problem since a few of them were inherited from kapiS before he stopped his image service.

I'm going to change a few things on the thread to make it more appealing, including more details and links to ToS, etc.
