its been a week this guy hasnt resolved my issue
he just says he`ll resolve it , he was apparently busy with solving the server issue but its been 7+ days that he hasnt replied , ive tried discord , mail , live chat , messaging him on forum .. my domain is stuck on his panel i cant change the name server for the domain to change the server im losing money because of this chaos

my account got deleted then , i re registed on the site and i was in , but my domain and services missing which ive paid for , can anyone help me what do i do now? .. the thread owner doesnt seem to reply or want to support in anyway and now m stuck with this situation
