Hi , sorry if this isn't the right place for this topic , but i'm new on this forum. Is there any way to get a PBE account without having lvl 3 Honor on official site?
I never had one and i want to get one , so is it possible?

yeah but i dont have friends with lvl 3 Honor..

I am not sure but if you create a new account you get kinda fast honor level 3
