Hi! First of all Brandon is not the owner of buyorgay I managed to purchase it out of him & Slicer, so the report should be on me instead of bullying innocent Brandon.

That what you just said is not scamming cause you has messaged our support which told you that we can give you storecredit (even support offered twice of that amount you should be getting normal), our tos on site clearly has mentioned that we don't provide refunds only StoreCredit and REPLACEMENTS so in that case we did nothing wrong. :kisses:

@Tonic_ You cannot be holding his funds. If he does not want the store credits or the replacement then you can go ahead and refund him within 24 hours. Your TOS can be ignored here.

Sorry to say it but I ignore the thing you said here cause the TOS can not be ignored it's set on site and accepted by every single user making order on our site. We don't provide refunds that's the main rule the only thing he can do is get store credit or wait till we restock and fullfil his order, there is no other system for anybody.

This is exactly how it works, and you will not receive refund. Thanks for listening, cracked.io has nothing to do with me & my entire shop + the shop rules are above anything/anyone else even me. The TOS on site which you should have readen before purchasing says "TERMS OF SERVICE: WE DO NOT REFUND! CREDIT OR REPLACEMENTS ONLY!!" and I'll keep that up without doing any changes.
