Hi, I am new here and thinking to get a paid account. Can I check if the Anti Leeching rules still applicable to paid accounts? I don't wish to take the risk to get banned after upgrading my account.

An upgraded account bypasses the need to reply to threads to see content. Therefore anti-leeching mechanics will not affect you.
