Hey guys, I'm sixteen years old and am wondering how I can use a PayPal account without my parents knowing. I have a bank account already, but only a savings account, not a checkings. I always deposit my money I earn at work to my savings and the most I can do whenever I visit the bank is withdraw paper money. Advice?
