because its ur moms u probably got a problem with her dont know how she is and stuff but maybe say that you already payed it?

@ SaunX7 yo bro i resolved negative balance, but my acc is locked i need to verify with proof of adress, but i dont wanna do it i can't close account now. Will nothing will happen if i just leave it?

If you have pay you won´t have problems , but if other customer open you paypal claim you will automatically lose it and you will stay another time in negative balance.
