"we aren't able to process your payment using your paypal account at this time. please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method."

I had this issue about a month ago. I think its an issue that paypal has with accounts, I waited for about 2 days and it started working again. You could always try contacting paypal but they'll probably say some bs that wont work
