This isnt possible, because of how the necryption works. but you can SE by calling gogle and claiming you were ripped off etc and want to get a refund from the email by talking to the user.

they will not give you the email, but they can email  the email your email, and the user will respond.

then you will have their email

I was about to say this lol, this is the only way imo
