Guys i dont have a paypal account and i need one in my email i just need to recieve and send payments with it. It has been very tough to live without paypal you know how it goes in my country you need all forms of verification to get paypal so its not possible for me so i REQUEST YOU GUYS TO CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR ME I BEG YOU I ALREADY GOT SCAMMED 2 TIMES IN A ROW (50$)

I made one a while back things its much hard now you will need to provide documents to change information now like a utility or id and not sure if the will even accept the change request
