Additional Information:

I Have been buying cards from this seller for a long time with no trouble. Recently paid upfront for an order, cards weren't working - asking for additional verification, which is in sellers side of control. The seller stopped responding and ignored all of my further requests to go about this issue. Need further assistance, since this exchange wasn't completed.
