Download the package inside you will find two other packages the first is the game to extract the second is the fix to extract and insert in the root of the game.
To start the game, launch it from the exe, choose the server and start.
Easier said than done

PS: Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the in-game microphone to talk to teammates or the ghost.
