What do I need to know?
Please remember that each refund case is individual and things in this space move very fast, I pride myself in being fully transparent however things can change over night. You will always be in a position that you can return the item - This is not just a simple DNA refund service with some courier coming to the door.

Each account history and situation is also unique, do not place an order without consulting me.

I take payment AFTER refund confirmation, this way you can feel confident that I am invested in the refund and will not be going anywhere as I will have gained nothing until the refund is done.

My fee is 15% of the total order value paid in BTC.

If you would like to use a middleman then you bare the costs, I am fully transparent and my vouches speak for themselves
