Also you should take care about what emails you use dude. Remember how pom got busted.
I would also suggest to change all passwords. I also happened to have my personal account leaked from a game forum data breach a few years ago. Fortunately the hash hasnt been pwned but sure as hell i change all my passwords and stopped using that email address that much to the point i dont need it anymore.

As other forum members suggested go talk to the admin (most urgent and most important) and try to remember if your password used for that account has been used anywhere else and do change it.(also important)
Delete any accounts that use that specific email address.

I have been trying to minimize my digital footprint in that past years. (Not because im an elite haxxor1337) but because privacy concerns.
