1 scoop whey protein powder
½ cup of Frozen Fruits i use Mango, Strawberry, Blue berries & red berries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk. Or bodyArmor lyte ( i Personally use Bodyarmor cuz it gives a better taste imo ) 

that's it you can switch stuff up to see what tastes the best for you :)

also if you have the time i recommend freezing ur own Fruits It'll taste a bit Better

also if  you have pink Himalayan salt put a pinch in it'll replenish the cells in your body. Plus, it'll help restore your body's pH levels
