Problem with a neighbor.

For over 20 years, my father and I have been running a family business, and ever since I can remember, our problems with our neighbor have started. The company is practically in the same yard as our family home. The elderly neighbor despises us and tries to make our lives as miserable as possible, on average, every month we have all the inspections possible in the company from an "anonymous informer" which takes up a lot of time and money because the company has to cover the costs of the tests that the office conducts and the inspections, etc. In addition, the police also regularly come to our house whenever we have some family gatherings or a regular bonfire. Even the police themselves come and ask if everything is OK because they are fed up with this neighbor themselves but they can't do anything because they have to respond to such reports. I have never been particularly tempted to take revenge, especially since the neighbor's daughter is a lawyer, but now that the family business is in a financial hole and there are more and more inspections that don't help at all, it pisses me off immensely, especially since I see how it affects my father, who is also an older man and can't get upset so much, it also affects the family mood. The company has been in a hole many times before and has always bounced back, but it may end soon.

Do you have any advice, has anyone ever had a similar problem?
Moving is out of the question.

Thanks in advance for reading this.
