Or instead of cancelled it will show 'undeliverable' your scan didn't show any of these two where it should. All other scans you done were ok and showed the status, it's just this one didn't work.

You order showed Undeliverable as seen in the screenshots. That dispatched message is RANDOM. Amazon doesnt even see that when they track it. THEY LOOK at the tracking in their system and it said "returning to seller" and then the new message "returning because recipient didnt accept it" 
Also, that message is because YOU HAD OVER 7 SCANS " ON VACATION " why are u not showing the screenshot of the status when I made the scan.

The messages that are showing on Amazon are for DMG + RTS which is what you bought, Undeliverable or Cancelled is just a caption bro, why you trying to use that to get a free refund on the scans when he did the scan properly
amazon.com is the most commonly used domain and that is what is implied and in reference to. For .de undeliverable is just as good, infact on all domains Undeliverable is just as good

By your own admission, others worked. No different here, and advertised were for amazon usa mostly and even then, the scans you requested were done. If other scans with same text on UPS brought you cancelled on amazon, and just these two didn’t, isnt that more indicative of something NOT wrong with psycho? Because Location, panel, time etc are all irrelevant. Same scan done in Idaho vs Somalia will prompt similar response from amazon. The fact that same status scans on UPS only didnt have expected result for 2 , when you did multiple, further proves psycho was right. If you understand that and put an end to this i can still refund your order
