Additional Information: So at first I bought an Ozan account, when the seller started describing the spending limits of the account I found out that it wasn't going to work for me, so I asked for him to deliver a Papara account instead, he agreed.
The problem with Papara is that you need a real number to create the account, not a virtual one, so I had to go find a person with a turkish number to accept sending me the sms codes, I asked the seller if it was possible and he said yes.
When I found the turkish number holder, the seller stopped responding even though he was online, as shown in the screenshot, so it began hard for me to get them in sync, when the turc was online the seller stopped responding for no reason, and when the seller started responding the turc was offline.
So I asked for a refund and the seller refused, claiming that I need to buy something else from the store.
