Additional Information:I've placed an order for a Paypal restored account. I just got a completely random verified account, not restored. I asked the seller on telegram to see what's up but he's trying to deceive me to think that "Verified" email is the same as a restored one. He has no emails of account limitation or restore. There is a trick to receive email that paypal is verified instantly when u register so he's using that to deceive ppl who don't know it into thinking the acc is actually "restored" I cba contacting him more and playing games with a gypsy like that. I don't want his dogshit products as a replacement. Either process a refund through coinbase or send USDT to my address (trc20).
