Additional Information: I purchased a Chime account and it was banned when I went to login. They refuse to refund or replace claiming that the account has no warranty. But a warranty isn't relevant here, that would apply if I did anything like login to the account, he's not able to just provide an account that is already banned and then say he can't do anything about it. He tries to get out of it asking for proof that it was banned before it was sent out, which he knows is impossible for any of his customers to provide since the service silently bans accounts without sending an email or anything. And because of the probability that these accounts are banned while the information is sitting on his Atshop for however long waiting to be sold and released, it's unreasonable to refuse any replacement considering he doesn't even know if they are in good standing when they are sent out. I'd like a refund.
This is an account that cost him $1 or less and 30 seconds to make btw. If he had good business practices and replaced banned accounts, he would still be making essentially the same profit. I only purchased one at the time because I wanted one right away but didn't have my computer, meaning I also don't prefer getting a replacement at this point.
