What can I do to not ship the defective unit they want while they still send me replacement?
Is FTID or Boxing reliable in this saturation? or is there a better method?
I heard that if there is blood on the item, they won't ship it, but I don't actually believe it though, since I can just cover the blood?
Thanks for any replies that can help!
