Question - Free sms sending from computer

Hello ! I am looking for something with which I can send SMS from the computer to a phone number. Not talking about mass sending, but sending to a single number.
Any online site, something web based or some tool maybe? I've been looking for a long time, but I can't find it. If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful. Greetings.

Happy New Year everyone !
- > I still haven't found something for one year, that works ! I have tried a lot of tools in GitHub that don't work ( All are based on TEXTBELT API which hasn't worked for months , at least for me ) .  I found 1 site that  sent sms to countries in Europe but its not working, too.
- If anyone has found anything please contact , I am NOT looking for a bomber or spammer , just the ability to send sms from computer/ laptop to phone with the possibility to put url/link in it , even 1 a day. - {Instrument or web- based site}
-> I'm not looking for PAID services, as it's pretty minimal the amount I need, and it's just for "connecting with someone ".
