I wanted to know if it is possible to compare lines between combos, if anyone know-how, I would appreciate if you could share, thanks.

Put both combolists in the same file, then go to Edit > Delete > Delete/Bookmark Duplicate Lines (Advanced) and apply a bookmark on duplicate lines.
