I just already done, learning how to make hq dorks and hq combolist, here is the question, how can i make target dorks/combolist?

Example for country
I want to make dorks/combolist target US only
How can i make it?

Example for email
I want to make dorkslcombolist target GMAIL only
How can i do that?
