My argentinian friend with his argentinian card tried to switch my account currency when he paid for something he got this error.

I created  a fresh account after, he retried and same error
He created the account himself, tried and worked flawlessly ....
Any clue what could be the error and how to fix??

I don't know why, I got the same error using VCCs from plati market
Using different VCCs ended up working
