RATs not working (DNS works fine)

Hello everyone, 

So i got various android RATs , port forwarded (i checked ports are visible), used no ip , but when i try to open the servers on my own personal phone, doesn't work ! ( with Spymax it works but only if i use my local adress)
how should i solve that ?

you can download and use ngrok : ngrok tcp (your port)

then in your rat just put the tcp adress and the port you just set , the problem is , each time you close ngrok it will change the port
