Additional Information: Paid for an RDP. He Kept me waiting for 2 days after payment to send the RDP. I said to give windows server 2022. He gave me an RDP with something installed that just shows two command prompts and a full black screen. Asked him about it he said that is windows server 2022 datacenter (IMAGE). IDK what he thought a windows server was. Then I asked him to change OS which he said he will do in 2 hours at that time. And now it's been 4 days he doesn't reply or anything. It's funny when I asked for a refund he had the time to reply the same day but doesn't have time to fix the issue. Also asked him about a password change but it fell on deaf ears. Has been ghosting for a long time. I don't need his service anymore. He has something to explain abt his TOS but as long as the product is not received it doesn't apply.
In summary, I have been waiting for a 10$ RDP for a week and still haven't received the right product. Moreover, there is no panel to do it yourself.
