Does anyone know a one shot kill shooter game? I lose a 1/4 of my health from a bullet to the head, and that doesn't really happen irl.

Rainbow Six SIege is what youre looking for, realistic lightning and models, you instant die if you get shot in the head (theres some classes with armour to help with that) and a pretty realistic physics system, for broken props and items. Plus various other gadgets and items to vary up gameplay
