Redirect issues

Every time i click VT Link it doesn't go to Virustotal site it just redirects me to C.TO homepage..

i tried usual fixes clearing shit but still had no affect

Multis are allowed!!   Especially when your a high ranking user that has over 30%  of likes being are gained by Multis .. while low ranked members get punished for any of there misdeeds without question ! Than you get Postion Holdng members openly abusing there "Powers" with Proof of it by Multiply people

now its even worse !! took my 2 mintues to even be able o get back into thread to fix TYPO !

( i have had this issue for a few days i thought it may be a issue on my end but even on differnt computer it still happens just not as much and im just soo confused i know its somehow on me because other users have 0 issues :/ i just cant figure it out )

its do same thing when i click mostly anything i get redirected back to C.TO home page if i refresh 5 or 6 times it allows me to final get to what i was actually clicking on


how do you tag  a user so they get notification when there are tagged ??
