Can I use paypal credit everytime I purchase and DNA items or do I need to switch it up? Will paypal decide to watch if I get refunded for every purchase I made with it? Haven't found specifics on this.

Hi, I'm a teenager looking for help with my paypal. I am really active on Depop for which it is necessary you have Paypal in order to pay and receive funds. This is the only reason I made a paypal, if it was actually up to me, I would have never gotten one. I recently got extremely frustrated as I kept selling items only to be left with "payment received-pending" and then to be later cancelled. Every time I contacted paypal help they offered nothing, only saying to complete verification and to link an email. Which I did thousands of times. It wasn't until I sounded angry in my message that they said I needed to link an account. I only have a savings account so I had to create a checking account in order to receive funds, but I also have a funded card.
