Please keep in mind that any websites you make without coding them yourself will not be websites you made yourself. Rather sites a tool made for you based off a template. It is ideal that you know how to code in order to make a fully working website because there are many factors to consider that the plain eye just cannot see.
For example you have responsiveness. Something might look good at a certain resolution but if you shrink the screen down or scale it up, it will look entirely different. You need to do your design in a way that warping the screen will affect the element in such a way that it becomes the best it can be interface-wise.
Scripting is also a big part of websites. In fact, most modern websites are composed in a big part by javascript, more than anything else. This is because javascript allows you to make your site entirely dynamic, and mess with the user experience in almost any way you can imagine. You will never get nearly as much control from a software that just premakes you sites.
Another issue would be the huge bloat that this software could produce. Making your website slow and garbage regardless of the somewhat template-ish good looks it will give you.
If you want to make websites, do not be a lazy fuck and learn a bit of code. It doesn't take much to make one. Being an ignorant cunt with 0 knowledge won't get you anything in life. Start moving.
