at first please dont leak this method . just keep it here at c.to so it dont get patched ( even so it almost cant get patched but who now.

1, at first you need a argentina account . i ve always used this guy to buy them. https://plati.ru/itm/new-steam-account-a...al/2955187 He have good reviews and accept paypal so its very easy to buy the account . The account is full access and your always the first owner of the account . Ofc you can make your own one but its more risky because these guys use Very HQ proxies to get the accs . no VPNs.
after you ve bought the account just change email and pass.
2.after you have the account . login and Copy your friends code ... Long story short , add ur main account to the account u just bought as a frnd.
You need to wait 3 days to be able to send a digital gift card toa frnd
after ur frnd with ur argentina account you can seach digital gift card on steam and u can send digital balance to ur frnds .
