I've customized this code myself so I'm sure it's entirely clean   
Put the the message you want to mass dm omegle users with in message.txt, and you can modify the thread count in config.yml, use like 50 when not on RDP. This tool usually needs HQ proxies to work effectively. 
You also need to install the libraries in requirememnts.txt
