First of all, I would like to say that infecting people with RAT or any malicious software is ILLEGAL in most countries, so hosting RAT on your home pc is NOT a good idea.
However, if you are willing to accept the risk, here is an easy tutorial on how to do so for free.
Only infect PCs you have permission to do so.
