This is a hidden method, not many people know this method and thus have not been able to do it yet.
I used this at my school and took control of the teachers PC! Also restarted the teachers PC from my own PC!
First up, you need to be using a PC, not a Chromebook. Next, the PCs need to be connected from a network of sorts.
Then, open up CMD. Then type in shutdown -i
IF DONE CORRECTLY, YOU GET A SHUTDOWN PANEL. YOU CAN FIND PCS ON THE NETWORK AND SHUT THEN DOWN.
YOU CAN ALSO RESTART THEM, AND GIVE PCS WARNINGS. ALSO, YOU CAN TAKE REMOTE CONTROL OF THEM.
TRY IT FOR YOURSELF.
