Remove Signature Space from banned members.

A perfect example for this is @Vectonsid, he still has @GregTP's signature & he has been banned for scamming. If people doesn't know it, they will be numerous scams.


Note: Vecton cannot remove it since Greg purchased it via cracked.to directly.

100% agree, but this should only count for Scamming & other Permanent bans. Temp bans for other stuff that don't have to do with scamming shouldn't be included in this.
