Additional Information: Paid him for DHL RTS, it arrived at parcel investigation so ofc it's not going to work, after asking him about it, he said it's ok and no compensation will be provided.

Reopening this because the dispute was closed after 1 month without leaving a chance or time for a discussion. @Liars I don't care about the refund, the boxing itself failed because it ended up at parcel investigation, that's my point.
