Additional Information: The user above was doing datdrop flips and I had a rebate (prepaid visa card) with around $31 USD of balance, and I told him to use it to do a flip with the rebate. After a few tries of trying to deposit it doesnt work. So we decide to not do it a couple of hours pass and I decide im going to sell the rebate to someone. The buyer stated the card didnt work and I go to check balance and I dm hzxr because the purchases are from Europe. He says he will pay me back but does not pay me back and ghosts me. This user also scammed someone else by the name of LemonKing on discord and is also ghosting him (around $200)
