In our shop terms of service, we provide only a 4h warranty period that we can assist in (https://paste.fo/ed19a86bb0a1). We have a message that everyone in our shop is bound by the terms of service when purchasing one of our products.

- I assisted the person with backup files but it's a problem that is not on our part, for him the emulator won't work. We gave him backup files and even detailed step-by-step instructions. We will try to assist the individual but nothing is guaranteed. The deal was 1 month ago.

- Please get in touch with https://t.me/functionallyx on telegram as we might help you but nothing is guaranteed as the warranty had been drastically voided.

I have sent a message via Telegram. To my understanding this shouldn’t be at the fault of myself. I reached out within the 4H timeframe. I wasn’t notified that it was required of me to use an alternative way to login to the account. So why would it be my fault? I was told I can login and when attempting to it didn’t allow me due to incorrect credentials. I was told they would get the correct password or get it reset for me.

We told you you can reset it and You did not reached out within 4h. You reached out the next day you can even see in the screenshot.
You did not say anything about that you want a refund at that time of the account being sent for you because we probably would
