Additional Information: I purchased 750k high-quality lines from him for 200$, he ended up telling me he had none in stock and instead of refunding it he forcefully sent me ^High Quality Hits^ which were used and with terrible quality, then still refused to refund me, I offered a different service which he was incapable of doing (a service in which he says he will refund if goes wrong), and in the meantime always offering more lines to buy which clearly proves he had the items I had purchased, and was just trying to get through it without having to give me what I bought for. I tried to get a refund several times but I guess it's pointless, he just refuses to.

Hello, there are no refunds on databases, or combolists. There are only refunds on skinned hitlists or NFA to FA.

In 3 years there have been no complains, this dude bought several times from me, more than 5, satisfied. But as soon as a bad batch comes in, the disrespect comes in ( with offered extra and discounted prices on all offers )

Hello, as shown on the screenshots provided, I ordered 750k lines from you, which is not what you delivered to me. I did not in any moment agree to change my order from the 750k lines to the ^high quality hits^ that you sent. You, later on, admitted to yourself that you fucked up and sent me bad lines because supposedly your provider had scammed you with bad quality products, which in the end should not mean that you can simply give me a product I did not buy.
Also, the total amount of times I bought from you was 4. The first 2 orders were the quality expected/ the quality u provided to other clients as well which i know because I talk to 5/6 of them, the next one was a bit different since it was cheaper but in a bigger quantity, and it was quite bad but since it was different I did not really ask for refunds or anything related, and this newer one was a complete mess since it was not even what I ordered, not even talking about the quality being terrible.
